What is Liasa?


VAT is included in all fees. An original invoice and/or receipt will be available at the registration desk and will serve as a VAT invoice/receipt.

Registration fees for the full conference includes all refreshments and lunches as indicated on the programme, conference proceedings, partial subsidization of the social events, conference bag, admission to the exhibition and visits to libraries.

Additional copies of the proceedings in book form will be on sale during the conference. Please indicate your interest on the registration form.

This fee excludes the conference proceedings. Copies will be on sale during the conference.

4. Registration form

Click on 'Registration Form' in the menu bar on the left. Complete all the sections and click the submit button at the end of the form. If you have not received a confirmation letter within six weeks after payment, please contact the Conference Organiser immediately.

5. Payment

Foreign payments:
Bank draft in USD which should be purchased at your bank, made out to SCECSAL CONFERENCE-LIASA and returned together with the registration form.

5. Cancellation and substitution

A written request for cancellation must reach the Conference Organiser before or on 1 April 2002. Failure to do so will result in the delegate being billed for registration despite him/her not attending. A refund of 50% of the delegate fee will be given for all cancellations received in writing before or on 1 April 2002. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions are allowed and should be directed to the Conference Organiser in writing.
