4. Registration form

sections and click the submit button at the end of the form.
If you have not received a confirmation letter within six weeks after payment, please contact
the Conference Organiser immediately.
5. Payment
Foreign payments:

and returned together with the registration form.

5. Cancellation and substitution
A written request for cancellation must reach the Conference Organiser before or on 1 April 2002.
Failure to do so will result in the delegate being billed for registration despite him/her not attending.
A refund of 50% of the delegate fee will be given for all cancellations received in writing before or on 1 April 2002.
No refunds will be made after this date.
Substitutions are allowed and should be directed to the Conference Organiser in writing.
